Communication Without Limits: The Network That Reaches Where Emergencies Occur
Buenos Aires, Argentina — Gallus, has successfully completed the deployment of its Mobile Emergency Communication Network, in collaboration with Servicio Satelital. The solution integrates MCX/PTT technology via the TASSTA platform—of which Gallus is the official representative in the Americas, Spain, and Portugal—alongside LEO (Starlink) broadband satellite connectivity, delivering outstanding performance in coverage, reliability, and operational continuity.
Designed for scenarios where traditional infrastructure fails or is unavailable, this private, autonomous, and rapidly deployable network enables the re-establishment of critical communications in contexts such as:
The system is portable and autonomous, capable of being deployed in minutes, allowing response teams to maintain operational coordination and contact with their organizations even under extreme conditions.
Rapid Deployment: Modular design for efficient transport and setup.
Autonomy: Operates independently from the electrical grid and public cellular services.
Security: Encrypted communications protected from unauthorized access.
The solution is based on TASSTA, an advanced PoC (Push-to-Talk over Cellular) and MCX (3GPP Mission Critical) communication platform, which operates over broadband networks including LTE, 5G, Wi-Fi, and satellite connections. It offers features such as push-to-video, data transfer, real-time monitoring, lone worker protection, and emergency alerts, ensuring continuous, secure, high-quality communication.
The satellite connectivity component is provided by SERVICIO SATELITAL, an Argentine company that has led the satellite connectivity and telecommunications sector since 1998. With extensive experience in multi-orbit services, they combine GEO (geostationary), MEO (medium-Earth), and LEO (low-Earth) satellites, offering versatile and robust connectivity solutions. This ensures coverage in environments with no terrestrial infrastructure.
"With this solution, we reaffirm our commitment to operational continuity in critical situations, delivering robust, secure, and autonomous technology where emergencies occur," stated representatives from Gallus.
Gallus delivers intelligent and scalable communication and security solutions, specializing in the design and integration of infrastructure, LTE/5G networks, and mission-critical systems. With a presence in Spain, Portugal, and the Americas, Gallus develops custom hardware and software for advanced platforms, control centers, and next-generation connectivity—ensuring secure, uninterrupted operations. Gallus is the official representative of TASSTA in these regions.
